     This year, our control systems have been refined to eliminate overhead involved with socket-based communications. We also augmented our vision systems with a second camera.


  In 2007, our team placed thirteenth in the AUVSI Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Competition at San Diego. 


     A major upgrade to Barracuda Mark VII is its new and improved Passive Sonar System(Hydrophones). Led by Daniel Naito, the electronics team revamped the once problematic system.
